San Juan Island Foodie Wedding Weekend

While I hope to always provide great customer service, my love for great food an entertaining is really at the heart of my business. My clients, who own their own restaurant in Seattle, knew what they had in mind for their wedding and on the top of the list was great food. The focus was on sourcing as much fresh, local organic ingredients as possible which is what do anyways......

The weekend kicked off with a Welcome Dinner with both Shucked Fresh and Grilled Island Style Oysters and a Poor Boy Oysters and Pulled Pork Slider bar with all the fixings.....

The Ceremony and Reception at The Meadow, Lakedale Resort.

On the day of the big event the Family Style Served Menu featured
Assorted Crostini on toasted Local Artisan Breads

  1. Deb deserves endless praise for the exceptional dinner she pulled off for us on BOTH nights. The BBQ w/ PP sliders and Fried Oyster Po' Boys were out of this world with a maybe the most amazing BBQ baked beans I've ever had (NO JOKE). with an incredible waltermelon salad. The Reception was also incredible with %100 local sourced artisan breads and produce for passed apps. Home made corn bread (Killer w jalapeno butter). House made dressings and local greens. PNW Salmon and Beef for the main with a beet salad that I could not write enough about. All of our guest went out of their way to say the same things about all of the food.

Not only did she nail the food but was an absolute dream to work with. She went out of her way to think of things we might need. And was exceptional at understanding what it was that we wanted.

Totally impressed, %150 satisfied and would recommend her for ANY type of function that you require a professional and talented cater for.

  2. This is very much like what I've seen done with catering in Greenville SC where I live. I've attended a number of events that those people provided and it wasn't bad. So keep it up!
